Christine Brouwer, Executive Director
Christine is a co-founder of Mira's Movement. She founded Mira's Movement knowing from her and her daughter's childhood cancer journey that there were many gaps in support for families of children with cancer. Christine doesn't expect to change that overnight, but hopes that Mira's Movement will make a difference in how a family lives through--and after--childhood cancer, one family at a time.

Jennifer Turck, MPA, Director of Development
Jennifer brings to Mira's Movement many years of development experience. She has raised funds through important partnerships with individuals and businesses for children's charities and medical non-profits locally and internationally. Not only does she bring the full scope of experience to our young organization, but some personal experience as well. In 2010, Jennifer agreed to be a bone marrow donor to an 8 year-old girl with leukemia. And sadly, just before applying with Mira's Movement, Jennifer lost a young family member, Jacob, to Wilm's Tumor. Holding more experience than anyone needs in this job, Jennifer is a tremendous asset to our organization.

Chelsea Crawford, Events
Chelsea is a 2011 Ithaca College graduate who is graciously staying in Ithaca and lending her skills to our organization and heading the Crawl for Kids with Cancer.
